Overall Description

We are at the beginning of our digital transformation. We need your support to secure and develop our data foundation and commence the journey towards a data driven organisation. This requires you to have an interest in data, quality and a high understanding of our business and data flows. You need to be comfortable with working with both the business and the digital aspects to discover new opportunities for us. Our target is to democratise data, meaning transferring central data maintenance, close to the source and making it available for the many. We need you as an ambassador to inspire, drive change and facilitate the use of high-quality data.

Initially the role will require hands on data handling and re-organisation of our PIM solution.

The position will be placed in Malmö or Nybro. We combine remote work with on-site presence to build on the company belonging, structure and values.

Main Tasks

• Maintain and improve existing data within the PIM solution where we utilize inRiver as our application. This includes restructuring and close collaboration with our implementation partner. You will be the responsible party at our side, for data as well as how to set-up future ways of working.
• Be engaged strategically and operatively in all areas of data from creation, management, governance / classification, and consumption
• Organize and standardize Master and Core data on an operational and tactical level
• Responsible for compliance to data standards, the implications it has internally, and drive requirements to fulfil, with processes, organisational competence, and data set-up.
• Follow up data quality. Set quality parameters to follow, analyse irregularities, and close quality gaps
• Secure designated data sources, prioritise and set requirements for automated data flows. Ensure shared data is fully documented for optimal utilization.
• Continuously develop, drive, and optimize the data processes to ensure efficiency and world class content.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders within all areas to inspire and speed up the data agenda.

Skills and experiences

The role requires a constructive, pragmatic and solution-oriented team-player, with a commercial attitude, customer focus and a strong business orientation.

We think you have a passion for data and information and the difference it makes. A background in the field of master data, data management, analytics and/or supervising data in digital solutions. You have an experience of 3+ years within the field. Additionally, it is an advantage if you have implemented changed ways of working.

As a person, you are motivated by structures, while promoting change with a direction and enjoy building and running processes. Furthermore, we see that you have an effective communication style, have a systematic approach, and do not shy away from details. As we are a small team, we see that you are happy to act on your own initiative and make things happen while you easily collaborate with others and share your knowledge in the pursuit of common goals. In this role, it is important that you build a useful network of contacts and relationships to achieve goals and results.
